Quinn led her to the bed and sat her down, “Lay down so we can clean those cuts better.” Quinn sighed and checked the cuts, covering Santana’s partially before calling the doctor. “He’ll be here soon, just relax.”
Sitting down Rachel gently brushed her fingers through Santana’s hair, humming softly. “I love you Santana, my captain” she whispered, smiling at the girl.
“I need to make sure that everything runs smoothly, i have to make sure my mother is alright.” Santana finished her bath not longer after, Quinn signalling Rachel to help her stand Santana up. “If we can get my mother out safely, the i won’t have to marry him- otherwise i’m going to be a married woman. My mother is important to me, i won’t risk her life.”
“I know she is and we’re going to save her too,” she said with a nod as she gently helped Santana out. “Everything will work out San”
Santana cupped Rachel’s cheek and looked into her eyes, “Do you really love me? not just saying that because i’m about to be married?” she smirked and felt Quinn’s hand on her chin. “We love you, or else we wouldn’t be here.”
“Yes I do,” she said softly. Glancing up at Quinn she looked back at Santana. “You’re not getting married San, we’re not going to let it happen” she whispered.
“I’m stubborn,” she smirked and let Rachel hold her head to her chest. “I won’t die, i’m to stubborn to die.” she smiled and lifted her head up and pressed a kiss to her lips. “I’m surprised you two didn’t take off, you could have just left me behind. Taken off and been free and yet you came to rescue me.”
“Well technically Sam tricked us because he’s an asshole,” she said with a sigh. “But we love you,” she whispered. “I really do love you San,” she whispered to the girl, gently nuzzling against her.
Santana smiled up at Rachel and took her hand, “You can handle yourself brilliantly, Rach.” Santana lifted and kissed her hand as she leaned back to let Quinn clean her up. Quinn sighed and did her best to carefully clean her, without hurting her.
“I…I told you that, you just never gave me a chance to show you” she said softly. Sighing Rachel leaned down gently just holding Santana’s head to her chest for a moment. “I was so scared you had died” she whispered, sniffling a little.
Santana smiled and kissed her lips softly, “I miss you too,” she looked over to see Quinn drawing her bath as asked. “Help me over.” she smiled at Rachel and when she was over, pulled Quinn up to kiss her. “I missed you too.”
“The water will be ready soon, once we clean you up- i’ll stitch your wounds.” Quinn sighed and looked at the cuts. “Rach, help me get her into the tub.”
Softly returning the kiss Rachel bit her lip as she watched Santana and Quinn, glancing down she sighed softly. Looking up at Quinn she nodded helping the girl gently lift Santana to slowly place her into the tub, softly kissing her head.
“Good, guards take there weapons and escort them to Princess Santana’s chambers. Get her cleaned up for our ceremony. We’re to be wed tomorrow afternoon,” William smirked and waited as the guards took there weapons and led them to Santana room on the third floor of the castle. Once inside the doors closed and Santana shuffled to the bed. She stripped her bloodied captain’s shirt from her body, gashes and cuts covered her.
Quinn moved over to help her, “You have a plan, right? You’re not actually going to marry that man?”
“Just draw me a bath, we’ll talk after.”
Looking over at Santana Rachel frowned, moving over to her she gently hugged her, barely touching her though as she didn’t want to hurt her. “I missed you San,” she whispered softly.
Santana knew that she wasn’t as strong as she could be, but she nodded and headed down the hallways with Quinn and Rachel. “Just inside here,” she motioned to the door. Quinn took a breath and opened the door to see William with a gun to Maria’s head. “Release my mother you swine.”
“I will kill her if you so much as point that gun at me. Your mother is a stubborn woman and I see where you get it from. But, you have one last change to agree to our marriage. if you say no i will hang your mother for all of your subjects to see and I will be forced to take this kingdom in that manor. Or we get married and your mother steps down as Queen and no one has to die.”
“Don’t give in, your father worked all his life to keep this mangy black hearted-” she paused as his gun was cocked.
“Enough talk- make your choice.”
“If i say yes, you will spare my mother and kingdom?”
“I deal is a deal.” Santana looked at Quinn and Rachel and took a breath.
“Then yes, release my mother and you have a deal.”
“Not just yet, not until we’re married.” He smiled.
Biting her lip Rachel sighed as she glanced at Santana, tensing up she curled her fingers around the dagger in her hand, trying hard not to throw it as she watched the scene, looking at Santana she shook her head. “San…don’t” she said quietly. As the girl said yes she sighed as Santana said yes, shaking her head slightly.
Santana kept going, slicing threw William’s men. Quinn stayed close, grabbing a weapon on a fallen guards body. “Santana, behind you!” Rushing forward she sliced at him and watched him fall. Quinn helped Rachel dispatched the rest quickly, before Quinn grabbed Santana and slammed her against the wall. “You are no good right now, you can barely fight. Take the gun.” she handed her the gun and took the sword.
“She’s my mother.”
“You can’t help her if you’re dead, now - lets go.”
Watching Quinn and Santana Rachel sighed, moving closer to Santana she wrapped an arm around the girl to help her stand and to basically just keep her close as she moved down the hallway.
Santana grabbed the sword anyways and cracked her neck. “I’ll be taking that,” Santana took a breath and cracked her neck before walking swiftly down the hallways. The Guards were waiting and the second they saw Santana, they started there attack.
Watching Santana she rolled her eyes. “You can barely stand up and you think you can fight people off?” she asked arching a brow. Glancing over at the guards Rachel sighed, using the dagger to fend them off she spun around quickly shooting one that was sneaking up behind Santana, giving the girl a smirk.
